PAn/PMMA复合导电薄膜的研制

【摘要】 利用苯胺(An)在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的二甲苯溶液中进行现场化学氧化聚合,对苯胺的投料量、氧化剂过硫酸铵的用量、反应温度、时间等因素对反应产物的影响进行了试验探讨,获得了最佳的反应条件;通过浇铸成型的方法,制备了有良好力学性能的可溶性自支撑聚苯胺导电复合膜。采用标准四电极方法测得复合膜的电导率可达12 S/cm,并对制得的聚苯胺薄膜的耐候性、电化学活性等进行了分析测试。
【Abstract】 Conductive composite materials of polyaniline/PMMA were prepared by in situ chemical-oxidative polymerization of aniline in the solution of PMMA dissolved dimethyl benzene. The free-standing films of them were made through the evaporation of dimethyl benzene solvent. The electric conductivities of them reached to 12 S/cm measured by standard four-probe method. The factors affecting the polymerization were studied, and a proper polymerization condition was obtained. Some properties of the films were measured.
