陶瓷曲面板、微晶玻璃-陶瓷复合曲面板研究

【摘要】 研究、提出以大规格建筑陶瓷平板成品制造陶瓷曲面板的方法和设备,着重讨论了采用成品板与采用素坯板为原料板之间的差别,温度梯度对试验成功率的影响,对比了弧型炉与普通加热炉的能耗,砂带磨床与传统石材磨床对表面效果的影响。结果表明,采用陶瓷平板为原料板,使用弧型炉成形,温度1000-1200℃,温度梯度0.5-1.5℃/cm,用高速砂带磨光,可将陶瓷平板加工成为圆柱面、弧面、球面、圆锥面、双曲面等各种曲面磨光板。

【Abstract】 Studied the method and equipment of manufacturing ceramic curved plat from finished product of large-size building ceramic plat. Emphases were given to discuss the difference between green body and the finished product as the material plat, the effect of temperature gradient on the success rate of the test,the energy consumption of arc stove and conventional heating furnace,the effect of belt sander and conventional sander on the surface. The result shows that,using arc stove as shaping machine, temperature at 1000-1200℃,temperature gradient at 0. 5-1.5℃/cm,polishing with high speed belt sander,all kinds of curved plats such as cylindrical plat,cambered plat,spherical plat,conical plat,hyperboloidal plat can be made from ceramic plats.
