ZK60-MM镁合金铸态和挤压态组织和性能研究

【摘要】 本文研究了ZK60-MM镁合金铸态和挤压态组织和性能。对铸态ZK60-MM镁合金进行微观组织和相分析,发现混合稀土加入后铸态组织晶粒明显细化,相组成为Mg2Zn11相和镁铈二元相。ZK60-MM镁合金经过热挤压后,发现混合稀土加入有抑制动态再结晶晶粒长大作用,含量越高抑制作用越大。相较ZK60合金,ZK60-MM镁合金强度有一定程度提高。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK60-MM alloy hot extruded at different temperatures were investigated. The addition of MM played a role of refining the grain of as cast ZK60-MM alloys. ZK60-MM alloys were consisted of Mg2Zn11 phase and Mg-Ce phase in the as-case condition. Furthermore, it was observed that the growth of DRX grains was suppressed due to the pining effect of Mg-Ce phase particles during the hot extrusion process in all studied alloys. Compared with ZK60 alloy, the strength of ZK60-MM alloys were higher.
