速凝片结构与高性能烧结NdFeB磁体

【摘要】 本文探索了速凝铸片工艺制备高档磁体的新途径,利用速凝带非平衡偏析结晶过程出现微量Nd2Fe17(B)的现象,制备出名义配方为Nd12.2Dy0.6Fe80.4Al0.7B6(原子分数)的速凝薄片,有效地控制了晶粒的大小和α-Fe的出现,再通过热处理和双合金技术,最终制备出了高性能的Dy-Al替代烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体。文章不仅揭示SC工艺的主要特征,还运用MFM观测了磁体样品制备主要阶段的微磁结构。并利用XRD和磁热曲线区分了磁力图9中2-14-1主相和Nd2Fe17(B)晶粒的磁畴形貌。
【Abstract】 The new technique of high performance of cast stripe is studied. By the tiny quantity produce of Nd2 Fe17 (B) the Nd12 2 Dy0.6 Fe80.4Al0.7 B6 is prepared, in this way the size of grain and the appearance of α-Fe is controlled. By the heat treatment and double alloy technique. The high performance of Dy-Al is prepared and it takes the place of Nd-Fe-B. The character of SC technique is opened out and the microstructure of the main stage of magnetic samples is tested by MFM. The feature of fig. 9 domain of Nd2Fe17 ( B) grain and 2-14-1 main .phase are distinguished by XRD and the M-T curve.
