生物活性纳米二氧化钛/羟基磷灰石复合陶瓷的制备

【摘要】 材料植入体内后其表面类骨磷灰石层的形成是诱导成骨的先决条件。本实验先对制备的纳米二氧化钛/磷灰石陶瓷进行碱热处理,然后把碱热处理前后的样品在模拟体液(Simulated body fluid,SBF)中分别浸泡2天、4天和7天,进行扫描电镜(SEM)和薄膜XRD(TF-XRD)分析,结果表明,制备的二氧化钛/羟基磷灰石陶瓷晶粒尺寸为100 nm左右,并且有很强的生物活性,碱热处理使纳米二氧化钛/羟基磷灰石陶瓷诱导类骨磷灰石生成的能力进一步提高。
【Abstract】 Bone-like apatite formation on the surface of ceramics has been believed to be the prerequisite of new bone growth on ceramics and to be related to the osteoinductivity of the material. In this study, alkali treatment in NaOH solution and heat treatment, which could form amorphous sodium ti-tanate on nanophase titania/HA ceramics surface by conditioning the process, was employed to modify the structure and bioactivity of titania/HA ceramics. The titania/HA ceramics and titania/HA ceramics after alkali-heat treatment, were soaked in. simulated body fluid (SBF) for 2d, 4d, 7d. Our results showed that all ceramics could induce bonelike apatite formation on its surface and the apatite formation ability of the treated composite was much higher than the composite without any treatment.
