航空燃料介电精制分离固体微粒的研究

【摘要】 本文针对航空燃料油品中的超细固体微粒的分离,自行设计并建立了一套润滑油介电动力学精制工艺实验研究台架系统,运用介电精制方法对三种航空油品中的固体微粒和两种最主要的固体微粒进行了分离实验,并取得了较好的实验效果。其中航空燃料油固体微粒的脱除率达到99%以上;润滑油固体微粒脱除率也达到了89.74%。同时该方法由于不带入其他的化学杂质。因此,工艺简单,易于控制。也是较为环保的分离处理方法。该分离方法为生产高洁净燃料提供了一个新的途径,为高介电材料提供了一个新的应用领域。

【Abstract】 In this article, the exploring research of removing solid-latex beads from fuel oil by dielec-trophoresis had been done and founded a set of dielectrophoresis separating experiment facility. The result showed that the dielectrophoresis separating technics can effectively remove the solid patriculates from fuel oil , the separating rate to solid particulates can come to more than ninety percent. To the refined lubricating oil and aviation hydraulic oil,the solid-latex beads removing rate was over 90%. Result of this study indicated that the dielectrophoresis refining technology had some advantages, such as higher separate efficiency, economy and convenience to operate, and longer performance life, etc, compared with other solid-latex bead separating technology. And this method has kind separating result used to separate light solid-latex bead, and other separate methods are difficult to realize this. So this method has very extensive prospect of industrial application.
