质子交换膜燃料电池用Nafion/SiO2复合膜结构性能研究
Structure and Performance Studies of Protect Water Nafion/SiO2 Composite Membrane for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶原位反应制备Nafion/SiO2复合膜,通过红外光谱、电子探针显微分析以及膜的电导率测试和单电池测试手段对Nafion/SiO2复合膜的结构和性能进行了研究,结果表明:Si在复合膜中主要以Si—OH和Si-O-Si的形式存在且分布均匀;在25℃时Nafion膜的电导率为0.080S·cm-1,Nafion1135/SiO2复合膜的电导率为0.092 S·cm-1;在80℃时Nafion1135/SiO2复合膜的电导率0.178 S·cm-1,Na-fion1135膜的电导率为0.147S·cm-1。在H2/O2压力为0.18 MPa,电池温度110℃,氢气加湿温度70℃时Nafion1135膜的电池性能急剧下降,而Nafion1135/SiO2复合膜在相同条件下仍可在电压为0.6V,电流密度800mA/cm2下可以稳定运行。
【Abstract】 silicon oxide/Nafion composite membrane were made by in-situ sol-gel processing, the structure and performance of the silicon oxide/Nafion composite membrane were determined by FTIR、 EPMA、 conductivity and single fuel cell, The result showed that the silicon existed in the composite membrane as Si-OH and Si-O-Si and dispersed uniformly; at 25℃ , the conductivity of silicon oxide/ Nafion 1135 composite membrane was 0. 092S · cm-1 , the Nafion 1135 membrane’ s was 0. 080S · cm -1 ; at 80 ℃ , the conductivity of silicon oxide/Nafion 1135 composite membrane was 0. 178S · cm-1 , the Nafion 1135 membrane’ s was 0. 147S · cm-1; in a H2 hunidified 70 ℃ H2/O2PEMFC at 110 ℃ and a pressure of 0. 18MPa,the performance of Nafion 1135 membrane drop suddenly, however the silicon oxide/Nafion 1135 composite membrane can Operate at a potential of 0. 6V and a current density of 800mA/cm steadily.
