ZnO纳米线/片阵列的分级生长与表征

【摘要】 以氧化锌和碳粉为原料,利用高温碳热还原反应法制备出了ZnO晶体。采用场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析仪、拉曼光谱等手段对产物进行了表征。结果表明产物为自组装纳米结构的纳米线、纳米片阵列,它们的结构都是单一的六角晶系纤锌矿ZnO相。
【Abstract】 Using Zinc Oxide and carbon powder as raw material , ZnO crystal was obtained by the car-bothermal reduction method. Synthesized ZnO powder was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy ( FE-SEM) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and Raman spectrum , etc. The results showed that the as-grown crystal are the self-assemblyanowires and nanosheets array, they are pure hexagonal wurtzite structure.
