Growth of BSTO/YBCO heterostructure thin films and in-situ observation using high-pressure RHEED

【摘要】 <正>We have fabricated Ba0.1Sr0.9TiO3/YBa2Cu3O7 heterostructure thin films by pulsed—laser deposition on vicinalLaAlO3 substrates with a mis-cut angle of 1.2°.The effect of bottom YBCO electrode thickness on the dielectric properties ofBa0.1Sr0.9TiO3 was discussed.The results show that a layer of c-axis oriented YBa2Cu3O7 thin film with smooth surfaces wasepitaxially grown in the step-flow mode on the substrates when the YBCO thickness is samller than a critical thickness.The
