SiO2气凝胶的常压干燥制备

【摘要】 采用工业化原料制备SiO2气凝胶,克服了传统的超临界干燥工艺的高温高压过程,采用表面修饰结合常压干燥工艺,简化生产流程并降低成本,实现疏水型SiO2气凝胶的制备。测量显示,所得样品具有纳米多孔结构,且有较好的疏水特性;密度为120Kg/m3的样品的比表面积在600-1000m2/g,孔径分布最大值在19nm左右;相应成本估算表明,现有工艺批量生产SiO2气凝胶有实际应用前景。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new preparation process to prepare hydrophobic silica aerogels was introduced. Polyethoxydisiloxanes(E-40) was used as silicon source and sol-gel process was controlled. To avoid the high temperature and pressure in the traditional supercritical drying process, surface modification and ambient pressure drying process were used to get silica aerogels. The measurement results show the aerogels had nano-porous microstructure and hydrophobic property. The results of SiO2 aerogels (density 150mg/cm3) showed that the specific surface was 600-1000 m2/g, the average pore size was 19nm. The production value showed this kind of silica aerogel had wide applications.
