纳米TiO2的制备、醋酸改性及催化性能研究

【摘要】 在450℃~900℃,将超细TiO2粉体进行热处理,得到各种不同结构的纳米TiO2起始性物质。该起始性物质可在硬脂酸介质中制备,或将超细TiO-2粉体经醋酸处理。用X-射线衍射和透射电子显微镜对纳米TiO2的微结构进行表征。可以发现,在相同温度下,经醋酸改性的纳米TiO2具有较好的分散、均匀性。纳米TiO2成功用于马来酸酐聚合反应。用红外光谱和核磁共振研究相关单体和聚合物。此外,还进行了醋酸改性纳米TiO2光催化降解甲基橙研究。纳米材料是一门新兴并正在迅速发展的学科。纳米材料由于其粒径小、比表面积大、表活性高等特性,具有一系列新异的物理、化学性质。纳米TiO2是纳米材料中最为重要的研究对象之一,它为典型的半导体光催化剂,具有遮光性、增白性、耐腐蚀性等特点,已越来越多地引起科学工作者的重视。现已应用于特种涂料、轻工、日用化工等行业,并在高分子材料、环境保护、资源再生等领域有着诱人的应用前景。本文将对纳米TiO2硬脂酸介质中的化学制备、醋酸改性、光催化降解甲基橙、催化马来酸酐聚合等4个问题进行研究。
【Abstract】 : Various nanocrystalline TiO2 samples with different structures were obtained by heating the ultrafme nanocrystalline TiO2 powder acted as a primary material at 450-900℃. The primary material was prepared in stearic acid medium or was from ultrafme TiO2 powder treated with acetic acid. The microstructures of nanocrystalline TiO2 were characterized by XRD and TEM. It is found that, some nanocrystalline TiO2 powder modified with acetic acid has better dispersion and homogeneity at the same treatment temperature. The nanocrvstalline titania has been successfully used to catalyze the maleicanhydride polymerization. Related monomer and polymer were investigated by FT-1R ,and 1H and 13C NMR. In addition, the photocatalytic degradation ability of the nanocrystalline titania modified with acetic acid for methyl orange has also been studied.
