气流粉碎法制备亚微米TATB粒子的研究

【摘要】 采用气流粉碎法探索了超细三氨基三硝基苯(TATB)粒子的制备,实验得到了平均粒径0.45μm、比表面积20.g-1的亚微米级超细TATB粒子。并研究了不同粒度TATB对CL-20的降感效果,表明亚微米TATB对CL-20降感效果显著。
【Abstract】 The ultra-fine TATB particles were prepared by airflow smash and sub-micron ultra-fine TATB particles whose average size is about 0.7μm , specific surface area is over 20m2. g-1 were gained. The desensitivity effect of sub-micron TATB to CL-20 was also studied, the experiment results showed that sub-micron TATB can drop CL-20’ s sensitivity notably.
