纯铜静态再结晶的Monte Carlo法模拟

【摘要】 本文利用Monte Carlo(MC)法进行了纯铜静态再结晶的二维模拟,通过监测存储能量的变化历程发现,当存储能量较低的时候,静态再结晶是以非均匀形核(晶界形核)的方式进行的。当存储能量充分高的时候,静态再结晶是以均匀形核(晶内形核)的方式进行的。存储能量较高的时候,能量释放的速率要比存储能量较低的时候的速率高。确定出了区分均匀形核和非均匀形核的临界应变。
【Abstract】 Simulation of the static recrystallization of purr copper has been performed in this article using the Monte Carlo methd.By examining the stored energy curves, it is found that the system re-crystallizes by the uniform nucleation when the stored energy is low and it recrystallizes by the nonuni-form nucleation when the stored energy is high. More over, the velocity of the relaxation of the stored energy in the system with higher initial stored energy is larger than the velocity of the relaxation of the stored energy in the system with lower initial stored energy. The critical strain which distinguishs the uniform nucleatin and the nonuniform nucleation has also been determined in this article.
