用均匀设计法优化超音速电弧喷涂工艺参数的研究

【摘要】 采用均匀设计方法安排实验,在铝基材上采用超音速电弧喷涂设备制备TiAl涂层,进行涂层结合强度试验,并对电弧喷涂工艺参数进行优化,获得了最佳喷涂工艺参数组合。
【Abstract】 Experiment conditions were arranged by the method of uniform design. The TiAl alloy coatings were manufactured by ultrasonic arc spraying and the bond strength coating between with metal matrix was studied and the spraying technology parameters were optimized by the method of uniform design. The optimum spraying parameters was given.
