球磨处理对TiB2陶瓷SPS烧结密度及晶粒大小的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了不同球磨处理工艺获得的TiB2粉末的物相及颗粒形貌,不同的原始粉末对SPS烧结效果产生不同的影响。研究结果表明:球料比(5:1)、球磨8h的TiB2粉末具有最好的烧结效果,其SPS烧结温度为1700℃,比热压烧结纯ToB2低100℃左右;烧结体的相对密度达到99%以上,平均粒径约为5μm,与低温液相热压烧结相当。
【Abstract】 The phases and morphology of TiB2 powder treated by different ball milling condition have been investigated in this paper. The results indicate that the different powder states will result in different SPS effect. The condition with 5 to 1 ball/powder ratio and 8h sintering time has best sintering effect for TiB2 powder. At this condition, the sintering temperature is 1700℃ which is 100℃ lower than hot pressing sintering. The SPS result of 99% relative density and 5μm average grain size can compare with liquid phase sintering at lower temperature.
