四川主要水稻栽培品种稻草青贮适宜性研究
Suitability of the rice straw silage of Sichuan Province in Hybrid Rice

【摘要】 本试验针对川南、成都平原、川西三个主要水稻生产区域,采集7个杂交水稻品种分别进行添加玉米粉和添加玉米粉+乳酸菌(LAB)袋式青贮试验,测定不同品种稻草原料及青贮后的营养成分。结果表明:1)中优-238、川香优-6、冈优系列稻草中ADF、NDF含量在P<0.01水平上差异不显著,高于与Ⅱ优系列稻草含量差异显著(P<0.05.P<0.01);2)通过对Ⅱ优系列及冈优系列稻草成分分析,说明同一系列稻草在营养成分组成上较一致,在不同种植区域下水分含量、WSC和CP含量差并显著(P<0.05);3)添加玉米粉+LAB后能有效的降低青贮稻草pH值(<4.2)、TBN(<0.12%)、ADF、NDF含量,增加WSC(>2.5%)和CP含量。总体看来,Ⅱ优系列备品种稻草及冈优-257青贮适宜性较好,添加玉米粉+乳酸菌能有效改善青贮品质。
【Abstract】 The seven kinds of Hybrid rice straws were researched,includingⅡY-838,906;ZY- 238;GY-725,GY--527,26;CXY-6,collected from the south Sichuan,Chengdu plain,west Si- chuan,the main Hybrid rice producing areas of Sichuan province.Each kind of rice straw was ensilaged with corn meal and corn meal+LAB for 120 days.The chemical nutritional components (CNC) of un- treated materials and the silage materials were determined in this research.The results showed that:1) The contents of ADF and NDF was estimated and the diversity between the seven varieties was ana- lyzed,there is no obvious difference between ZY-238,CXY-6 and GY series(P>0.01),but obvi- ously higher than the two varieties ofⅡ-Y series(P<0.05,P<0.01).2) The CNC ofⅡ-Y and GY series were analyzed and compared,there are same characters among the same series.The water, WSC,CP contents were obviously different as the planting area changed(P<0.05);3) After ensilaged with the corn meal+LAB,the pH value is below 4.2,TBN value is less than 0.12%,ADF,NDF contents of rice straw were decreased obviously,the WSC and CP were increased to 2.5% and 6.89g/ kg.As a whole,the ensilage suitability of theⅡ-Y series and GY-257 rice straw is better,and the silage quality was improved obviously by added with corn meal and LAB.
