山竹岩黄芪青贮饲料初步研究

【摘要】 本试验以山竹岩黄芪为青贮原料,设置对照、添加Siloguard(0.1%)和LaLsIL Dry(0.001%)3个处理,每个处理三次重复。常温下发酵90d开封取样,测定其发酵品质和化学成分。结果表明:山竹岩黄芪直接青贮其乳酸含量较低,pH值和氨态氮生成量较高,未能荻碍优质的青贮饲料。Siloguard处理未能改善山竹岩黄芪青贮饲料的发酵品质;LaLsIL Dry处理粗蛋白显著高于时照(P<0.05);同时具有较低的pH值和氨态氮占总氮比例(P<0.05),乳酸生成量较大,说明LaLsIL Dry处理获得了发酵品质优良的青贮饲料。

【Abstract】 The material of silage was the Hedysarum fruticosum Pall,there were 3 treatments in- cluded control (CK),Siloguard(0.1%) and LaLsIL Dry (0.001%),triplicate laboratory silos for each treatments,all treatments were stored at air temperature for 90 days then sampling for the analysis of fermentation and chemical composition of Hedysarum fruticosum Pall silages.The results indicated that Hedysarum fruticosum Pall directly ensiling had low lactic acid content and high pH value and ammonia -N,so the fermentation quality was not well.By adding Sloguard (0.1%) did not improve the fer- mentation quality of the Hedysarum fruticosum Pall silage.The treatment of LaLsIL Dry(0.001%)had higher crude protein(P<0.05) ,the p H value and ammonia-N in total nitrogen were lower than CK(P<0.05) ,and had higher lactic acid content,which means that the additive could improve the fermenta- tion quality of the Hedysarum fruticosum Pall silage.
