【摘要】 随着畜牧业发展和农业结构调整的推进,优质饲草的短缺日益成为河北省畜牧业发展的瓶颈制约因素。本文分析了河北省草业产业化发展进程中存在的主要问题及草业产业化经营中的组织运行模式,进而提出了河北省饲草产业化发展的对策,即制定饲草产业的发展规划,对饲草产业进行科学合理布局;加快发展草业合作经济组织,不断完善产业化经营机制;强化科技示范推广,增加草业科技含量,实施标准化生产,提高草业生产能力;革新畜牧养殖传统经营方式,积极开拓国内外市场,建立和完善市场流通体系;着力培养草业企业家,积极扶持龙头企业;制定和实施优惠政策,扶持和促进饲草产业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of livestock industry and the adjustment of agriculture structure,the lack of high quality forage grass was becoming the bottle-neck of development of livestock industry in Hebei increasingly.After analysis of the main problems and the organization model in the development process of prataculture in Hebei,this paper put forward the development countermeasures of pratacul- ture industrialization in Hebei,namely,doing the prataculture development planning and making forage industry on scientific rational distribution:And expediting the development of the Economic Coopera- tion Organization and constantly improving the industrial management mechanism;and strengthening science and technology popularization to increase scientific and technological content of grass industry, the implementation of standardized production to increase production capacity of grass industry,and innnovation of traditional animal husbandry operation,and actively developing domestic and interna- tional markets,and the establishment and improvement of market circulation system,training *grass industry entrepreneurs,actively supportting leading enterprises;and the development and implementa- tion of preferential policies to support and promote the forage industry.更多还原
