【摘要】 采用混合选择法对退化纳罗克非洲狗尾草进行种性复壮研究。结果表明:经两次群体混合选择,复壮群体株高平均为173．2cm,穗长21cm,主要穗色褐色达70%,分蘖数90．4枝／株,抽穗数22．2枝／株,株高和穗长分别比原群体提高71．5．3％和57．9％。穗长与株高极显著正相关(r=0．984,P<0．01),分蘖数与抽穗数极显著负相关(r=-0．772,P<0．01)。8月份收种比7月份种子产量高,但种子重的提高不随着成稳重的提高而提高。在收种方法上,采取割穗收种和田间抖穗收种,种子发芽率分别为9．50％和51．25％,千粒重为1．05g和2．0g,差异极大,说明狗尾草种子边成熟、边脱落,采收时间和技术是提高种子产量的关键技术。收种后牧草鲜草产量达60．2 t／hm2,干物质产量达15．7 t／hm2,均比原群体有所提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study on the effects of rejuvenation of degenerate species of cv. Narok using bulk selecting showed that the average plant height, fringe length increased to 173. 2 and 21. 00cm, which increased 71. 53 and 57. 90 percentage respectively, compared the control treatments. The color of the fringe for the treatment plants was 70% as the color as original seed. The number of disport plant and tassel of the treatments increased 188. 9and 115. 5 percentages compared the first community selection, respectively after tow twice selecting. Further more, there is a positive correlation between fringe length and number of earring (r = 0. 984, P<0. 01) and number of disport has a negative correlation with the number of earrings (r = -0. 772,P<0. 01). Based on the characters of Seteria seed producing, the harvesting time was test in July and August respectively. When the seed was harvested in July, the weight of ears and the seed were 13. 8 and 7. 0 grammes per plant, respectively, and the seed is 12. 9% of ear, while harvesting in August, the weight of ears and seeds increase 293. 5 and 125. 8 percentages, respectively. It proved that harvest in august can get higher seed yield but yield haven’t exist the trends of increase with the ears weight. Compared with the harvesting methods, ear cutting and ear shaking got a generation of 9. 5 and 51. 25 % and per thousand seed weight of 1. 05 and 2. 0 grammes, respectively. This significantly different showed that the harvest method is the key technique as the seed of Seteria fall off while their maturation. Comparing with the degradation species area, the rejuvenated area harvest fresh and dry material with 60. 2 and 15. 7 tonnes per hectares, respectively, this presented some increases.更多还原
