【摘要】 1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)及其衍生物作为一种α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂,具有高效的药理活性,可用于治疗糖尿病、肥胖症、病毒感染等疾病,安全无毒副作用。家蚕体内DNJ含量高,以蚕为原料开发降血糖药物等具有广阔的前景。本文利用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)测定DNJ的技术,探讨了家蚕体内DNJ的富集规律。试验结果表明,全蚕粉中DNJ的含量受蚕品种、桑叶、饲养季节、蚕粉的加工处理方法以及蚕的发育时期等多种因素的影响。在供试的9个蚕品种中,菁松全蚕粉的DNJ含量最高;养蚕用叶在供试的6个桑品种中,以农桑14最佳;季节和叶位以春季中部叶较好。蚕体不同组织、器官中DNJ的含量存在很大差异,消化管和血液中的含量明显高于其他组织器官,丝腺和脂肪体中几乎检测不出DNJ．蚕体内DNJ的含量随发育而有很大变化,以 2龄眠蚕的DNJ含量最高,5龄以后迅速下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 1-deoxynojirimycin and its ramifications are one of α-glucosidase inhibitions which have high effect pharmacody activity, it can cure diabetes mellitus,adiposity and virus infection ailment,it is safe and has no side-effect, so it has capacious exploitation forground.Silkworn has high content of DNJ, so silkworm as raw and processed materials have broad application forground. This text does with the experiment of the content of silkworm powder with the means of reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, it has discussed of the enrichment disiplinarian in silkworm, the experiment result indicates that: there are many factors that influence the content of DNJ in silkworm powder. Such as silkworm variety, different leaves, different season, different processing techniques of silkworm powder and different growth periods of silkworm. Jingsong has the highest content of DNJ, Among the 6 mulberry varieties, silkworm fed by nongsang14 is best. The middle leaves in spring are better in leaf order and season. The differences among different organizations are obvious, digest tipe and blood much higher than other orgizations. Silkgland and fat body almost have no DNJ.
