【摘要】 柞蚕抗菌肽具有广谱杀菌功能。根据其氨基酸序列设计、合成抗茵肽D及CAD基因,转化于作物,包括烟草、辣椒、马铃薯、水稻、桑树及柑桔等,培育抗病株系及品种,取得成功.抗菌肽基因转化酵母中表达,通过发酵生产重组抗菌肽,用作饲料添加剂,代替抗生素,饲喂肉鸡、仔猪及对虾,能预防疾病,提高存活率,增加体重及降低料肉比,有较好效果.由农业部批准在广东、山东及海南省生产应用. 此外,抗菌肽配制成口腔及阴道消毒洗涤剂,能预防呼吸道疾病及阴道炎症。抗菌肽制剂与生长因子配制成多种化妆品,已投放市场,取得较好经济效益。

【Abstract】 Cecropin from Chinese oak silkmoth (Antheraea pernyi) has a broad spectrum bactericidal effect. According to the gene of cecropin D and CAD, its amino acid sequence was designed, synthesized, and transferred into plants, such as tobacco, tomato, potato, rice, mulberry tree and citrus etc., breeding diseases resistant varieties. Cecropin CAD gene transferred and expressed in yeast (Saccharomyce cervisiae). After fermentation produced the recombinant cecropin, used as an additives, replaced the antibiotics to feed the chicken, young pig and shrimps, controlled diseases and raised survival rate, increased body weight and kept down the rate of food/grain. The application of recombinant cecropin for production in Guangdong, Shandong and Hainan provinces was approved by the Agricultural Ministry of P.R. China. More over, cecropin direction for mixture can produce mouth disinfectant and vagina sterilizer, defending the disease of respiratory and vagina inflammation. Cecropin reagent mixes with growth factors to produce more than 100 kinds of cosmetics and put in the market, obtaining well economic effects.
