【摘要】 通过色谱分离,波谱鉴定,对桑叶化学成分进行了研究.分离并鉴定了16个化合物:5,7-二羟基香豆素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5,7-dihydroxycoumarin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,1)、伞形花内酯(umbelliferone,2),东莨菪苷(scopolin,3)、5,2’,4’-三羟基黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5,2’,4’-tri hydroxyflavonc-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside.4).紫云美苷(astragalin,5).异槲皮苷(isoquercitrin,6)。6”-0. 巴豆酰紫云英苷(6"-O-crotonylastragalin,7)、芍药苷(peonoside,8)、尿嘧啶(uridine,9)、胸腺嘧啶(thymine, 10)、D-半乳糖醇(D-galactitol,11)、苯甲酸(benzoic acid,12)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3.4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,13)、丁二酸(butanedioic,14)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,15)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,16).其中化合物7-13为首次从本植物中分离得到;化合物4为新天然产物;化合物1为新化合物.
【Abstract】 The chemical constituents of Moms alba leaves were analysed with chromatographic and spectral methods. Ten compounds were isolated from the leaves. Their structures were identified as 5,7-dihydroxycoumarin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), umbelliferone (2), scopolin (3), 5,2’,4’-trihydroxy-flavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), astragalin (5), isoquercitrin (6), 6"-O-crotonylastragalin (7), peonoside(8), uridine (9), thymine (10), D-galactitol (11), benzoic acid (12), 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (13), butanedioic (14), B-sitosterol (15), daucosterol (16),. Compound 7-13 was isolated from the genus Moms for the first time. Compound 4 is a novel natural product, and compound 1 is a new compound.
