【摘要】 本文探讨了荧光增白剂VBL 对家蚕食下重组植酸酶病毒(rBmNPV-phy)感染率影响结果表明,家蚤取食添加VBL 的膨化颗粒饲料,可以显著提高rBmNPV-phy 的感染率,最适添加浓度为1%,五龄起蚕添食VBL24h 后再将病毒与VBL 混合添食,感染率达到90%。添食VBL 后,家蚕肠液pH 和肠液蛋白酶的活性明显降低。因此推测,荧光增白剂的添食有可能导致消化系统生理功能短期异常,防御功能破坏,从而使重组胞外型病毒穿过中肠,到达血腔,引发感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article,the Authors studied the enhancement effect of optical brighteners on peroralinfection of silkworms.The results showed that infection rate of recombinant phytase virus increased whenVBL applied in the diet,and the optimum additive concentration was 1%.The infection rate reached 90%when VBL and virus added in the diet after silkworms ate the diet contained VBL for 24h after 5th molting.Adding VBL in the diet had obvious effect on body weight and pH of intestinal juice,and protease activitydecreased.So it can be concluded the physiological function and the defensive function of digestive systemmight be damaged for a short time.Therefore the recombinant virus went across the midgut of silkworms,reached the haemocoele and resulted in the infection.更多还原
