植物诱导抗性的重要信号分子:茉莉酸类
The key molecules in plant responses to wounding:Jasmonates (JAs)

【摘要】 茉莉酸类化合物(JAs)对伤反应中起着重要作用,它们是调控植物对昆虫及病原物诱导反应中起到关键作用的信号分子,这种调控既是局部的,也是全株性的。其它一些信号调控途径,如乙烯、水杨酸及生长素等,在时间与空间上与茉莉酸类信号传导存在着信号通讯,以激活各种诱导基因的表达。本文就有关这方面的最新进展作一简要的综述。着重茉莉酸类生物合成的翻译后调控方面。
【Abstract】 The central role for Jasmonates (JAs) in plant responses to wounding is well established,they are signalling molecules that play a key role in the regulation of defense againstinsects and pathogens,and which regulate responses that are both local and systemic.Inaddition,they are affected by outputs from signalling pathways regulated by ethylene,salicylic acid and auxin and so on,suggesting that cross-talk events may regulatetemporal and spatial activation of different defences.This is a review of recent advancesin our understanding of the regulation of JA perception in some plants,the differentsignalling functions of biologically active JAs,the post-translational control of JAresponses leading to substantial transcriptional reprogramming,and the influence of othersignalling pathways of systemic JA responses.
