家蚕蛹皮制取壳聚糖及最佳工艺条件的研究

【摘要】 以蛹皮为原料制取了壳聚糖,并采用正交试验法研究了碱液处理浓度,碱液处理时间、碱液处理温度及甲壳质与碱液配比这四个因素对壳聚糖脱乙酰度的影响.结果表明,碱液处理浓度是影响甲壳质脱乙酰基的最主要因素,碱液处理温度次之,碱液处理时间和甲壳质与碱液配比对壳聚糖脱乙酰度没有影响,通过方差分析,得到甲壳质脱乙酰基的最佳工艺条件是碱液处理浓度为50%,碱液处理时间为16h,碱液处理温度为95℃,甲壳质与碱液配比为1:10.

【Abstract】 chitosan has been produced from pupa skin of silkworm Bombyx mori L. And the influence of concentration of, time of treatment with, temperature of treatment with and the proportion of chitin and volume of liquid on degree of deacetylation of chitosan has been researched by method of orthogonal experiment. Result of experimental. Result of the experiment show that the concentration of sodium hydroxide is the most important factor on degree of edacethlation of chitosan and the temperature of sodium hydroxide treatment is less important than the concentratiolnl. The time of sodium hydroxide treatment and the proportion of chitin and volume of sodium hydroxide liquid have no effect the degree of deacetylatioln of chitosan, After having variable analysis, we get the optimum condition of deacetylation of chitin, the optimum condition of concentration of sodium hydroxide and proportion of chitin, the optimum condition of concentration of sodium hydroxide and proportion of chitin and volume of sodium hydroxide liquid were 50%, 16h,95℃, 1: 10 respectively.
