水溶性野蚕丝粉的制作及其物性

【摘要】 在85%磷酸、105±(3)℃条件下对柞蚕丝素和蓖麻蚕丝素进行了水解.其结果是,每克柞蚕丝素加入4ml量的磷酸,水解4个小时可获得水溶液性丝肽粉,回收率为45%,水解8个小时可将柞蚕丝素水解成复合氨基酸,回收率为74.8%:每克蓖麻蚕丝素加入10ml量的磷酸,水解1个小时可获得水溶性丝肽粉,回收率达59.1%,水解4个小时可将蓖麻蚕丝素水解成复合氨基酸,收率达78.8%.磷酸水解野蚕丝素制作蚕丝粉的方法具有设备投资少、工艺简单、生产成本低的特点,容易形成产业.
【Abstract】 Tussah(Antheraea pernyi) fibroin and Eri-silk worm (Philosamia cynthia ricina ) fibroin were hydrolyzed by 85% phosphate at 105(±3) "℃.When Ig .Of tussah fibroin was hydrolyzed by 4ml. Phosphate for 4 hours, soluble silk peptide powder was obtained, and the recovery ratio was 45%; when treated for 8 hours ;tussah fibroin was turned into a mixture of amino acids, recovery reatio was 74.8%.When Ig. Of Eri-silkorm fibroin was hydrolysed by 10ml. Phosphate for 1 hour, soluble silk peptide powder was Ibtained and the recovery tatio was 59. l%;treated for 1 hours, Eri-silk fibroin turned into the mixture of amino acids, when recovery ratio was 78.8%.The method of phosphate hydrolysis on ptoducing silk powder from wild fibroin had the advantages of less investment in equipment, sample technology and low cost, and it is easy to used for industrial production
