茶树花抗氧化活性研究
Study on the Antioxidant Activity of Tea Flowers (Camellia sinensis)

【摘要】 茶树花采用乙醇或蒸馏水浸提,再经氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇分别萃取,所得各有机相产物用化学发光法和二苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH)分光光度法测定其抗氧化活性,并且测定了各有机相产物的主要化学成分。实验结果显示茶树花具有明显的抗氧化活性,乙醇和乙酸乙酯分离物清除自由基的能力最强,这可能跟它们的多酚组成和黄酮含量有关。但热水浸提的茶花产物及其有机溶剂萃取层并没有显示自由基清除能力。
【Abstract】 The antioxidant activity of tea flower (Camellia sinensis) was investigated by the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl free radical-scavenging assay and the hydroxyl radical-induced luminol chemiluminescence assy. Tea flower was extracted with ethanol (EE) and separated by chloroform, ethyl acetate (EEA), and n-butanol. Results revealed that tea flower possesses potent antioxidant activity. Stronger scavenging abilities on free radicals were shown on parts extracted by EE and EEA, which might be due to polyphenols contained. However, almost non free radical-scavenging activity was observed on parts extracted with water and its sub- fractions extracted by several organic solvents.
