“奇兰”种质资源的遗传多样性研究

【摘要】 采用RAPD分子标记技术对8个“奇兰”品种的遗传多样性进行分析。从100 条随机引物中,筛选出10条,扩增出99条带,其中88条为多态性,占88.9%,平均每条引物扩增出9条。通过UPGMA类平均法聚类,绘制出基因组DNA之间的遗传关系树状图。它们的GS值在0.4~0.95之间,赤叶奇兰与白奇兰关系最近,它们之间的遗传相似性系数为0.95。
【Abstract】 The genetic diversity of eight Qilan varieties had been analysed by methods of RAPD markers. A total of 88 polymorphic bands were generated by 10 random primers selected from 100 primers, with 88.9 percent and an average of 9 bands per primer. The 99 RAPD bands were used to construct a dendrogram of genomic DNA by means of UPGMA, with a genetic similarity coefficient of 0.4~0.95 There is the nearest genetic distance between chige Qilan and Bai Qilan ,their genetic similarity coefficient was 0.95.
