L-精氨酸对肉鸡肺动脉压和腹水综合征发生的影响

【摘要】 AA肉鸡180羽随机等分为对照组(C)、试验组(A、B).参试鸡14日龄前常规饲养.14日龄后C组鸡继续常规饲养;A、B鸡舍温度按每日1~2℃由25℃逐步降至12℃,同时日粮中添加1.5mg/kg三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)以诱发腹水综合症;B组自14日龄起至试验结束在日粮中再添加1%(质量分数)L-精氨酸.分别于3,4,5,6,7周龄测定各组肉鸡肺动脉平均压(mPAP)、红细胞压积、右心全心比及血浆一氧化氮(NO)水平,并记录腹水发病率.结果发现:低温添加T3处理后,A组肉鸡腹水发病率增加,mPAP在5周龄时升高,右心全心比在6周龄时升高;B组肉鸡腹水发病率明显低于A组,血浆NO水平高于A组(P<0.01),mPAP在6周龄时升高,右心全心比在7周龄时升高,此变化比A组晚一周出现.上述结果提示,日粮添加精氨酸后血浆NO水平升高,可能在一定程度上抑制了肺动脉高压的形成,因而在一定程度上降低了腹水综合症发病率.

【Abstract】 One hundred and eighty AA broilers were divided equally into control (Croup C) and two experiment groups (A,B). Broilers in experiment groups before 14 days of age and group C were fed a normal diet. In experiment groups, broilers were subjected to a change of temperature by lowering 1 -2℃ per day from 25℃ (day 14) down to 12℃ , and then maintained at this ambient temperature until 7 weeks of age. At the same time 1.5 ppm 3,3,5- triiodothyronine(T3) was added to diet of group A in order to induce pulmonary hypertension syndrome (PHS) , and 1.5 ppm T3 with 1 % L - arginine to diet of group B with the purpose of decreasing the incidence of PHS. Moreover,mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP),PCV, RV/TV and plasma nitric oxide (NO) were determined at the age of 3,4,5,6 and 7 weeks, and ascites morbidity was recorded every week. It was found that ascites morbidity in group A was higher than Band C, mPAP in group A was higher than group C(P<0.05) from the fifth week and RV/TV got a significant increase from sixth week (P < 0.05). Plasma NO in group B was higher than that in group A from the third week (P < 0.05), RV/TV and mPAP in group B also got an increase just as group A, but the changes delayed one week later than group A. It was suggested that the increase of NO by L - arginine supplememtation could delay the pathophysiological process leading to the occurrance of PHS.
