【Abstract】 Effects of acute hypoxia on myocardial metabolism on Taihu piglets were studied ingiven various hypaxia gas and nitrogen at last. The blood samples of the coronary artery and sinuswere taken for analyzing the Po2(presee of oxygen) and lactic acid contents. The biopsies of leftventricles were taken for analyzing succinic dehydrigenase, ATP, creatinephosphate and lactic acid contents.
