【摘要】 采用狼山鸡、海兰W—36鸡、AA肉种鸡、南京当地鸡研究了各血型系统因子对鸡红细胞免疫功能的影响,结果表明,狼山鸡、南京当地鸡的CRI花环率显著高于海兰W—36、AA肉种鸡,但红细胞免疫物花环率在各品种与血型因子相关性未见显著差异.在以上品种内,带有B2、B21、B365、A614的鸡,其红细胞CRI花环率高于带D15、A653、B13因子的鸡,但在各品种鸡中有很大差异.本文还分析了红细胞免疫功能与遗传抗性的关系,提示鸡的红细胞免疫功能CRI花环率与鸡的抗MD特性呈一定的正相关.更多还原

China)AB-STRACZ The relationship between different blood groups system factors and RBC - CRI roseterate was studied in Langshan chicken, AA chicken, Hy - line W36 chicken, Local chicken of Nanjing, the result showed that the Rbc - CRI rosette rate in Langshan chicken and Local chicken of Nanjingwas higher than that in Hy - line chicken, AA chicken. The chicken withB21, B365, B21, A614had higherRBC - CRI rosette rate than that withD15,A653,B13in different kind chicken,but some differencewas observed in this test. we also analysis the relationship between the immune function of RBCand genetic resistance toMD.
