纳米铜氧化物的制备及气敏特性研究

【摘要】 分别采用CuCl2,Cu(NO3)2和CuSO4溶液制备出CuO和Cu2O,并测定了其对丁烷、乙醇、汽油、氢气的气敏特性.结果表明:采用CuCl2溶液制备的CuO或Cu2O的灵敏度较高,选择性较好,且Cu2O比CuO的气敏性好.
【Abstract】 CuO and Cu2O were prepared in solutions of CuCl2, Cu(NO3)2 and CuSO4, respectively. The gas sensing properties were determined against butane, ethanol, gasoline and hydrogen, respectively . The results indicate that CuO and Cu2O prepared in the solution of CuCl2 has higher sensitivity, better selectivity, and the gas sensing property of Cu2O was better than that CuO.
