【摘要】 束流探测器是同步辐射光束线工程技术的重要组成部分,用以监测X射线束线的位置,强度及空间分布等参数,因而对光束线的准直、性能分析及实时监测具有重要意义。所介绍的工作应用光电二极管构成新型的X光束线束流探测器,其工作原理不同于传统的束流探测器。该束流探测器已成功应用于北京同步辐射实验室新建造的1W1B-XAFS束线。介绍了该束流探测器的结构原理及由此构成了一套完整的束流监测系统。同时给出了测试及应用结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a important part of the synchrotron radiation techniques the beam monitor is used to monitor the beam position, the intensity and the distribudon for diagnostic, commissioning and real time monitoring of the beam line. This paper presents a new type of beam monitor based on pin photo diode. The principle of this beam monitor is different from conventional beam monitor This new type of beam monitor has been successfully used on the 1W1B-XAFS beam line at BSRF. The principle, the schematic, the operation modes and the results are given in this paper.更多还原
