X射线测量中的能量刻度
Energy calibration on X-ray spectrum measurement

【摘要】 在X射线能谱测量中,要求准确的给出各峰位的能量值,因此需预先对谱仪进行能量刻度。它由刻度出的谱仪系统的零点和道数-能量转换系数给出。介绍了能量刻度的四种方法:道数-能量关系直线外推法,脉冲幅度-道数关系直线外推法,双射线源法,特征X射线法;及刻度后的检验方法,重点说明了零点的测量方法;并对实验结果进行了分析和讨论。
【Abstract】 On the measurement of X-ray spectrum,accuracy energy of each spectrum peak was required,that should be calibrate the spectrometer beforehand.X-ray energy was gave by the zero point and channel-energy transformation coefficient of the spectrometer.Four methods are introduced in this paper.Include linear extrapolation of channel-energy correlation,linear extrapolation of channel-pulse amplitude correlation,double radiation source method and the characteristic X-ray line spectrum method,and also introduced the check up method.especially the measurement of zero point.Finally,analyzed the experiment result and discussed it.
