【摘要】 阐述了地球空间辐射环境监测的复杂性及意义,描述了用于空间带电粒子探测的半导体探测器的研制及特殊要求,给出了在我国发射的神舟5号上的部分应用结果。
【Abstract】 The complexity and the significance of monitoring of earth’s space radiation environment and the development and the special performances of semiconductor detector used for the detection of space charged particle are described. The partial results applied in the Shen-zhou 5 manned spacecraft launched by our country are presented.
