熔体快淬法制备纳米双相Nd10.1Fe76.2Co4.5Zr3B6.2永磁体

【摘要】 Nd101.Fe76.3Co4.5Zr3B6.2合金经20m·s-1熔体快淬,在710℃/4 min退火处理后,制成的粘结磁体最佳磁性能为Br=7.02T,(?)Hc=739.4kA·m-1,(BH)(?)x=80.1kJ·m-3,加入Zr元素后,提高了该永磁材料的磁性能.
【Abstract】 Nd10.1Fe76.2Co4.5Zr3B6.2 magnet was prepared by melt-spun and subsequently annealed. After treated the ribbons at 710℃for 4 min, the mean grain size was 40-50nm. Excellent magnetic properties of the bonded magnet were achieved: Br=7.02T, JHC=739.4kA·m-1, (BH)max= 80.1kJ·3.The addition of Zr was found to improve the magnetic properties of bonded magnet.
