卷烟的卷制水分变化对卷制质量的影响

【摘要】 实验发现,不论一类卷烟还是二类卷烟,随着烟丝中水分的提高,整丝率变化率均显著增加,即抗碎性提高,一般适宜的卷制水分应为:一类卷烟13%,二类卷烟13.5%左右,不宜过低.卷制过程中整丝率变化率在92%-95%的烟丝,抗碎性最佳.同一种烟丝,其整丝率变化率在不同的卷烟机上卷制时不尽相同,进而影响烟支单支重量、空头率,应尽量减少卷烟机后身对烟丝的造碎.

【Abstract】 The experiments showed that the changing rate of the ratio of complete cut tobacco, whether the first or second grade cigarettes, rises obviously with the increasing of moisture in cut tobacco, it is the improvement of the shatter resistant property. In general, the suitable tobacco moisture in cigarette making process is 13% for the first grade cigarettes and 13. 5% for the second grade cigarettes. When the changing rate of the ratio of complete cut tobacco in making process ranges from 92% to 95%. the shatter resistant property will be up to the best state. As to the same cut rag. the function of making machine can affect its changing rate of the ratio of complete cut tobacco, moreover. the cigarette weight and the rate of loose-ends. Therefore. it is necessary to let up tobacco’s scraping made by the feeding system of making machine as much as impossible.
