黄河大堤某堤段背河坑塘对防洪安全影响评价

【摘要】 黄河标准化堤防某堤段背河存在坑塘,由于坑塘的存在,改变了原地形,增大了大堤临背河地面高差, 可能会对该段堤防工程的防洪安全构成一定的影响,需要对该堤段防洪安全影响进行评价;安全评价主要从渗流稳定和边坡稳定计算分析两方面来论证,对选取的典型断面进行了各种工况的计算分析,而且采用了允许坡降和安全系数两种方法进行渗流稳定评价;计算结果表明,坑塘的存在对堤防的渗透稳定及淤背体边坡稳定不会产生大的影响,但在汛期仍应加强非工程措施,以确保堤防安全。
【Abstract】 On account of the fact that the landside pond of levees on some parts of the Yellow River standardized dykes alters the original landform and increases the height difference of both sides of levees, it is necessary to make a flood control safety evaluation for the levee segment. In this study, safety evaluation of seepage and slope stability of levees is performed through analysis of the representative section in different cases. Moreover, the method of permissive gradient and safety factor is adopted for seepage stability evaluation. The result indicates that the landside pond will not bring about great influences on the safety of seepage and slope stability of levees. But in flood season, non-structure measures should be taken to ensure the safety of levees.
