频率对铝合金腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展的影响

【摘要】 研究了加载频率对腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响。进行了2024-T3铝合金中心裂纹试样(CCT)3种加载频率下的腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展试验,用确定性方法和概率方法分别计算飞机结构在腐蚀环境下的疲劳裂纹扩展速率,给出了在给定时间的裂纹尺寸分布和在给定裂纹长度的寿命分布。预测结果与试验结果表明,腐蚀环境下的裂纹扩展速率比空气中大,而且载荷频率的降低,腐蚀对2024-T3铝合金疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响增加。给出了腐蚀环境下随机疲劳裂纹扩展的可靠性分析方法。
【Abstract】 The fatigue crack growth experiments for CCT specimens of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy in corrosive environment were performed with 3 loading frequencies.The fatigue crack growth rates in corrosive environment were obtained by using Paris equation.A stochastic crack growth analysis approach was presented in corrosive environment. The distribution of crack size at given service time and distribution of service time at given crack size were obtained by using the approach.The effects of loading frequency on crack propagation were studied.The predictions by presented method are agreed well with the experimental results.It is shown that the fatigue crack growth rate is increasing with loading frequency lowing in corrosive environment.
