不等幅激励平面衍射光栅三维空间光强的计算机模拟

【摘要】 本文给出了不等幅切比雪夫激励平面光栅的理论表达式,并用计算机模拟了切比雪夫阵空间光强的三维图．
【Abstract】 This paper gives the theoretic expression for the light intensity of plan diffraction grating with unequal amplitude Chebyshev impulsion,and gives the 3D graph of it.
