【摘要】 在企业并购案例从数量上和数额上都日益增多而失败率又居高不下的经济背景下,为了完成验证企业并购信息化可行性的研究目标,文章进行基础核心部分研究——企业并购价值评估数据仓库设计。首先研究确定了数据仓库主题——企业主题、比率主题、适用原则主题,然后从内容和时间两个角度考虑对数据进行粒度划分,最终基于上述分析研究,提出企业并购价值评估数据仓库各主题逻辑模型的具体设计方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the cases of merger and acquisition are going on increasing in both quantity and amount, however, the rate of failure is keeping highly, and seems that it won’t drop in a short period. With this background, the feasibility of informationalization of merger and acquisition needs to be validated. This paper researches the core part that is the data warehouse designing. The first step research work is on topics that topic company, topic ratio and topic suitable commend are consulted. Then it researches on the division of data granularity at the points of both content and time. Finally, beyond the former study, it gives out a detailed designing plan on logical schemas of data warehouse in merger and acquisition.更多还原
