【Abstract】 Electrical majors are engineering subjects with great practices, and experiment teaching plays an important role in talent training. With experiences from reforming experiment teaching in recent years, we present a five-steps-ladder teaching model and get much better teaching effects than before in practice. This paper introduces specific contents of five-steps-ladder teaching method, analyzes the positive influence of open laboratory on experiment teaching and cultivating innovational persons.更多还原
