基于嵌入式TCP/IP的FMS工件运载车的自动控制

【摘要】 给出了一个构建嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈的方法,开发了基于此协议栈的远程测控板,并将此测控板应用于FMS工件装载系统,通过上位机实现了与基于PROFIBUS—DP现场总线的PLC控制系统的对接,并实现了对工件运载车和车载工件托盘的实时控制。
【Abstract】 ln this thesis, a design method of embedded TCP/IP protocol stack is given. A remote Measurement&Control board based on the protocol stack is developed and is applied to a FMS Workpiece-Loading&Carrying system. Connected to an upper PC via Ethernet, the Measurement&Control board can successfully communicate with the PLC system based on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus, and real time control of the Workpiece-Carrying-Vehicle and workpiece pallet is realized.
