【摘要】 公务员的非劳动收入是比较多的,其中有合法的、也有不合法的。首先对公务员的非劳动收入进行了具体的分析,然后研究了公务员的非劳动收入经济效用与其行政绩效之间的内在逻辑关系,最后从经济学的角度分析了公务员非劳动收入对其行政绩效的影响。在此基础上,提出一些改造政府职能和改善政府功能的相应建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The public officials have much non- abor income, which includes legal incomeand illegal income. Firstly, the author analyzes public official administrative personnel’s non-laborincome specifically, and studies the inside logic relationship between the public officials’economic effect of non-labor income and their administrative performance. Then the author useseconomics theory to analyze the influence of non-labor income on the public officials’administrative performance. Basing on that, the author brings up some suggestions to reform thegovernment’s function and improve its duty.更多还原
