试论土地构成与土地价值

【摘要】 土地价值是土地经济研究中的基础理论问题。由于人们对土地构成的认识存在着意见分歧,从而形成各种不同的土地价值观。本文以马克思的劳动价值理论和土地构成理论为指导,客观地评价了各种土地价值观,探讨了土地构成与土地价值的关系,在分析土地物质与土地资本的概念及其相互关系的基础上,阐明土地的价值决定问题。本文认为,土地构成具有二元性,土地构成的二元性决定了土地价格的二元性,而土地价值只具有一元性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land Value is the foundational theoretic issue of land economy research. Since there exists different opinions on land structure, various opinions on land value are formed. With the guidance of Labour value theory of Marxism and land structure theory, this thesis objectively evaluates the various opinions on land structure, and probes into the relationship between land structure and land value. On the basis of the analysis of conceptions and mutual relationship between the physical form of land and land capital, this thesis explains the determinant factors of land value. The thesis argues that land structure is dual, and the duality of land structure determines the duality of land price, while land value has only one form.更多还原
