玻化微珠改性试验研究
Study of Experiment on Modified Vitrified Micro Bubbles

【摘要】 采用有机硅憎水技术对低品质的玻化微珠进行了改性实验研究,改性后的玻化微珠其导热系数下降了3%左右;将其作为骨料同母料配成的保温砂浆,经测试使用改性玻化微珠的保温砂浆的导热系数为0.059W/m·K,比使用未经改性的降低了16.9%,而保温砂浆的其他性能仍符合国家标准要求。改性玻化微珠的成本增加不足10%,改性后的价格仍低于高品质玻化微珠价格。
【Abstract】 Experiments on low quality modified vitrified micro bubbles were studied with organosilicon hydrophobic agent.Thermal conductivity of modified vitrified micro bubbles was decreased 3%,which was mixed with master batch to make thermal insulated mortar.Thermal conductivity of thermal insulated mortar with modified vitrified micro bubbles was 0.059 W/m.K,which was decreased 16.9%, and other properties still complied with the national standard.The cost of modified vitrified micro bubbles was increased less than 10% and the price of modified vitrified micro bubbles was lower than high quality vitrified micro bubbles.
