中药耐辐射微生物的分离及D10值的研究

【摘要】 中药辐照杀菌技术,已在生产中得到广泛应用,但由于其偶尔含有耐辐射的微生物,影响产品的质量。本文以中药辐照杀菌产业化应用过程中,采用规范的辐照工艺,但产品卫生质量仍不达标的中成药金锁丸为样品,从其中分离出耐辐射的微生物,该微生物革兰氏染色为阴性,菌落为乳白色同心原状,显微镜观察菌体为杆状,测得在生理盐水和滤纸片中的D10值分别为6.75kGy和7.18kGy。
【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine’s irradiation disinfecting technology has been widely applied in reality. But it can affect the quality of the products because it sometimes contains anti-radiation microbes. This paper takes sample of Chinese herbal medicine Jinsuo Pills,which is utilized by standadized radiation technology but failed to meet the sanitation requirement in the process of traditional Chinese medicine’s radiation disfecting industrialization . Anti-radiation microbe is seperated from the pills and the Gram chromatin of it is negative,and the colony of it is milky white in the shape of concentric circles ,and it is bacillus observed by microscrope and its D10 value is 6.75kGy and 7.18 kGy seperately tested in physiological saline and filter paper.
