低能离子注入花生M1代的生物效应
Biological Effects of Carbon Ion Implantation on Peanut M1 Generation

【摘要】 对花生种子注入C+离子进行诱变的形态生物学效应进行了研究。分别以1×1011 C+/cm2,1×1012 C+/cm2,1×1015 C+/cm2和1×1016 C+/cm2对花生种子进行离子注入。试验结果表明,花生百果重及百仁重等性状变幅较大、变异率较为明显,花生产量可以明显改变;而花生主枝长,侧枝长,分枝数和荚果大小等性状除个别剂量外影响较小,变化规律性较弱。不同的花生品种对诱变剂量的敏感性有所不同。
【Abstract】 The effects on peanut seed by low energy of C+ ion implantation were studied. The doses are 1×1011 C+/cm2,1×1012 C+/cm2,1×1015 C+/cm2 and 1×1016 C+/cm2, respectively. The results show that the ranges of the hundred-fruit weight, hundred-nutlet weight change evidently. However, the effect of low energy ion implantation on the length of bough, the side-bough, the divarication and the size of peanut were very weak. The optimum mutation dosage was different on different breed of peanut.
