【摘要】 目的研究洛伐他汀母液回收工艺条件。方法对结晶母液进行开环处理将其转化为溶于水的盐,然后采用大孔树脂吸附的方法除去大部分杂质,再进行溶媒结晶。结果母液平均回收率为65%,粗粉平均含量为72%。结论本工艺过程简单、收率高、适用于工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The process conditions of recovery of mother-liquid in lovastatin are studied. METHODS The mother liquor of Lovastatin was treated with sodium hydroxide to open the lactone ring.Thus,soluble(in water)Lovastatin salt was formed.Then macroreticular adsorbent resin was introduced to wipe off most impurities.And followed with crystallization in solvent. RESULTS average recovery of the mother liquor is 65% , average content of the crude lovastatin is 70%. CONCLUSION This process is simple, having high yield, it is suitable for industrial manufacture.更多还原
