【摘要】 目的:利用小鼠病毒性心肌炎模型,观察金丝桃素对病毒性心肌炎小鼠体内细胞因子作用的影响,探讨药物治疗的作用机制,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:以Coxsaekie B3型病毒感染10日龄小鼠制备心肌炎模型,在感染后不同时期,测定脾细胞加ConA诱导培养和心肌组织培养上清液中的IL-2及TNF-α的含量;采用微量细胞病变法检测血清中IFN的活性水平。结果:金丝桃素促进感染小鼠体内诱生IFN;调节感染后不同阶段的IL-2分泌;抑制TNF-α的产生.结论:金丝桃素对病毒感染机体细胞因子的分泌具有调节作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Using the model of mice with viral myocarditis to elucidate the effect of hypericin on the cytokines in mice with viral myocarditis.METHODS:Methods Ten-day mice were infected with Coxsaekie B3 virus to make the myocarditis model,IL-2 and TNF-α contents in cultured spleen cells added ConA and supernatant of cultured cardiomyocytes were measured during the different phase.IFN activity in serum was determined by Microcytes pathological change test.RESULTS:hypericin facilitated the IFN production in the Coxsaekie B3 virus infected mice,modulate IL-2 secretion during the different phase and inhibited the TNF-α production.CONCLUSION:Hypericin could modulate the cytokines secretion of mice viral myocarditis.更多还原
